Spiritual Frequencies: Understanding the Power vs. Force Paradigm

In spiritual terms, energy is often perceived as a fundamental force that flows through all living beings and the universe. This concept is rooted in various spiritual and esoteric traditions.
Understanding energy in spiritual language can be subjective and deeply rooted in individual beliefs, experiences, and abilities. Some naturally can sense, feel, and experience it; others may take a while to cultivate and develop this ability, yet others do not believe in it because they don’t see it or have blockages from experiencing it.
Many spiritual traditions, such as Hinduism and Taoism, describe a vital life force energy known as Prana (in Hinduism) or Qi/Chi (in Taoism). This energy is believed to animate and sustain all living things. Practices like yoga and Tai Chi aim to balance and enhance the flow of this life force within the body.
In the yogic and Hindu traditions, there is a belief in the existence of energy centers called chakras. These are considered spinning wheels of energy located along the spine, each associated with specific qualities and aspects of life. Balancing and aligning these chakras is seen as essential for spiritual well-being.
Some spiritual practices involve the channeling of healing energy. Reiki, for example, is a form of energy healing where practitioners use their hands to channel universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Craniosacral therapy or cranial osteopathy is a form of alternative medicine that uses gentle touch to feel non-existent rhythmic movements of the skull's bones and supposedly adjust the immovable joints of the skull to achieve a therapeutic result.
Many spiritual beliefs posit the existence of a source, a divine or cosmic energy that permeates everything. Individuals may seek to connect with this higher energy through prayer, meditation, or other contemplative practices.
In certain spiritual traditions, there's a belief in the ability to transmute or transform one's energy. This involves converting negative or lower vibrational energy into positive and higher vibrational energy through spiritual practices and inner work.
Spiritual energy is often associated with a sense of flow and alignment. When individuals align with their higher selves or divine purpose, there is a perceived ease and harmonious flow of energy in their lives.
Spiritual teachings often speak of everything having a vibrational frequency. Positive thoughts, emotions, and actions are believed to have higher vibrational frequencies, while negativity has lower frequencies. Maintaining a higher vibrational state is often seen as conducive to spiritual growth.

In physics and wave theory, hertz is the unit of frequency, representing cycles per second, and is commonly used in various fields such as acoustics, electronics, and physics. Levels of vibration measured in Hertz span a broad spectrum.
At the lower end, there are Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) below 3 Hz and Very Low Frequencies (VLF) ranging from 3 Hz to 30 Hz. Moving into the realm of audible frequencies, we encounter Subsonic frequencies between 20 Hz to 60 Hz, Bass frequencies spanning from 60 Hz to 250 Hz, Midrange frequencies from 250 Hz to 2000 Hz, and Treble frequencies covering the range of 2000 Hz to 20,000 Hz (or 20 kHz). Radio frequencies, typically measured in kilohertz (kHz) and megahertz (MHz) ranges, represent another category. Beyond the scope of human hearing, there are Ultrasonic frequencies above 20 kHz and Infrasonic frequencies below 20 Hz. This comprehensive range of Hertz measurements finds applications in diverse scientific and technological domains.
These frequency ranges serve as general guidelines and may vary depending on the context and application. For instance, in the context of sound, the human audible range is typically from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz.
I came across a fascinating book by Dr. David R. Hawkins titled “Power vs. Force,” among many other books he authored. Dr. Hawkins developed the concepts behind the “emotional frequency chart” in his book “Power vs. Force.” The frequency range 432–440 Hz is neutral from the human emotion perspective. Primary emotion pairs, such as Happy — Sad and Angry — Calm, are mirror-symmetric in nature. Preferred tones (the listener's most liked tone with no affiliation to a particular emotion) lie in the frequency range of 210–540 Hz.”
In his influential work, ‘Power vs. Force’ (2014), Dr. Hawkins elucidates how individuals can harness their inner power to transform their lives and positively impact those around them. The book asserts that, through heightened consciousness, focused intention, and discernment, anyone can discover their authentic truth and pursue a more fulfilled and purposeful existence.
The concept revolves around emotional vibrations and their correlation with specific frequencies. It suggests that individuals vibrate at different hertz frequency rates, influenced by emotions and life experiences. This idea is rooted in the belief that negative emotions, often learned and stored in the subconscious, can create patterns leading to a cycle of negative reactions.
There is an emphasis on breaking these negative cycles to elevate one's emotional state. It encourages self-reflection, the decision to change behavior, and the use of various tools and techniques to dissolve negative emotional patterns. The goal is to operate from a higher emotional state, such as joy and love, to improve interactions and overall well-being.
Sound frequencies are presented as a tool to break down emotional vibrations and reduce stress. The overall message underscores self-awareness, positive behavior, and the potential for improvement through conscious choices and utilizing available tools and therapies. The emotional frequency chart provides a scale ranging from Enlightenment (700+) to Shame (20) based on hertz frequency rates associated with specific emotions.

700+ Enlightenment
600 Peace
540 Joy
500 Love
400 Reason
350 Acceptance
310 Willingness
250 Neutrality
200 Courage
175 Pride
150 Anger
125 Desire
100 Fear
75 Grief
50 Apathy
30 Guilt
20 Shame

Dr. David R. Hawkins measured the frequencies of various things. Most movies weaken people who watch them by bringing their energy levels below the 200 level of consciousness. 85% of the human race calibrates below the critical level of 200 — the power of the few individuals at the top counterbalances the weakness of the masses.
• One individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below level 200.
• One individual at level 400 counterbalances 400,000 individuals below level 200.
• One individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200.
• One individual at level 600 counterbalances 10 million individuals below level 200.
• One individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200.
• Twelve individuals at level 700 equal one Avatar (e.g., Buddha, Jesus, Krishna) at level 1,000.
Meaningful human satisfaction can only begin at the level of 250, where some self-confidence emerges. When an individual's consciousness falls below 200 at any given moment, they begin to lose power and grow weaker, making them more susceptible to manipulation by their surroundings. Different aspects of one's life may calibrate at varying levels of consciousness, some higher, others lower. Ultimately, it is the overall average that determines an individual's consciousness.
A dictator or a leader with malicious intentions, using hate speeches to target various individuals or ethnic, religious, or political groups, has the potential to lower the vibration of their followers to 200 or below. At this point, the followers become highly gullible and easily manipulated.

What does all this mean, and why should you care?
Firstly, before selecting a meditation, school, teacher, religion, priest, rabbi, mullah, guru, therapist, coach, advisor, book, or teaching, tune into it and assess if it is “true” or “false.” Next, assess if is a vibrational match or higher.
Consider your career, associations, relationships, partners, residence, workplace, buildings, clothes, cars, restaurants, stores, hotels, vacations, airports, countries, facelifts, and cosmetic procedures. Even news, television, internet, virtual/augmented realities, handheld devices, social media, and the apps you use have a vibration. Test them for resonance, whether at a high or low level, and make your evaluation; it is your time, money, and life. Choose carefully.
If you find that something served its purpose initially, but you have outgrown it, there is no reason it must be a marathon. Cut your losses and move on. As my father used to say, ‘The sooner you turn away from a losing proposition, the more profitable you are.’ Synchronicity is a powerful tool for navigating vibrational matches, being in the flow, and maintaining source awareness.
Recognize the power of prayer, meditation, and chants as they vibrate very high, while movies and the news, primarily negative, vibrate very low. It doesn't mean you won't watch a good movie occasionally.
Consider what measures very low vibrationally, such as anger, apathy, negativity, cheating, crankiness, desire, fear, gambling, gossip, grief, guilt, harming others, hate, hostility, jealousy, lying, pride, shame, social media, sports games, stealing, wars, violence, and video games.
Be conscious of internal and external forces that lower your vibration. When your vibration is low, you become susceptible to brainwashing, manipulation, easily influenced behavior, depression, loss of power, energy depletion, lethargy, and lack of creativity and ideas. Maintain your desire for lifelong learning, positive experiences, and new impressions.
A dictator, leader, political party, or corporation with selfish or malicious intentions can utilize available technology and algorithms to spread hate speech, targeting various ethnic, religious, or political groups. This can lower their followers' vibration to 200 or below, rendering them highly gullible and easily manipulated. Such tactics are employed in U.S. election campaigns, and Trump is no exception.
